Last night I spent a long time on the phone, calling relatives and friends. Everyone’s happy and excited, it seems. ^^;; Some more than others…. We stayed home (to accommodate the phone calls) and I made roast beef with a mushroom sauce, which was excellent. I borrowed a tip from Grandma and wrapped the roast in aluminum foil before baking it, it was so tender and juicy! The sauce was excellent also. ^_^ I should start posting recipes, I always like finding them and trying new things! Johan broke out the raspberry wine we bought last month, to celebrate my grad school-ness. Other than that, nothing to report….
