In all seriousness, I’ve come up with some real groundwork on Olivine — one question answered leads to about ten more, I swear. Yesterday was the McCloud Flea Market, and since I knew my favorite rock & mineral wholesaler would be there, I came armed with crisp bills from Mr. ATM. I spent it all on a very small volume of specimens, but some seriously inspiring ones, novel-wise. I’m sure some of them will be traveling to and from work with me for weeks, in case emergency thinking and inspiration is required. Johan found a uh, goody (I’ll let him tell you about it, assuming he does) and I found a funky old space book to add to my collection.

Still working, hope to launch The Project today. (And then move on to The Next Several Things.) Yep.
