ETA: Withdrew from this challenge on March 10, 2008. Explanation here.
I really enjoyed this year’s 50 Books Challenge, hence my lining up more for 2008. (Re the 50 Book Challenge, I still have over three days left in 2007. Two books in three days? NO PROBLEM.) Dovetailing with my personal 50 Book Challenge for 2008, this is my last challenge pick. (Four is enough, yes?)
TBR (To Be Read) Challenge. Easy, and can be done with books I own, surely. My master list:
- The Mountains of California by John Muir
- The Architecture of Happiness by Alain de Botton
- 1491 by Charles C. Mann
- Return to the Moon by Harrison H. Schmitt
- The Neverending Story by Michael Ende
- The Memory of Earth by Orson Scott Card
- The Telling by Ursula K. Le Guin
- Frontiers Past and Future: Science Fiction and the American West by Carl Abbott
- The Case for Mars by Robert Zubrin
- Perfectly Reasonable Deviations From The Beaten Track by Richard P. Feynman
- Between the Lines: Master the Subtle Elements of Fiction Writing by Jessica Page Morrell
- Sakuteiki: Visions of the Japanese Garden by Jiro Takei & Marc P. Keane
