Hoshichan v.18

This was originally a v.16 layout idea, reworked. Didn’t get it where I wanted it then; got it where I wanted it now. ^^; Lovely bubbles, lovely colors. ETA: Also cleaned all of the 2002 archives. Now onto 2003, an eventful year.
